MST

MST is a strength and conditioning class primarily using strongman equipment based on compound and functional movement patterns. The class consist of a mix of static movements: Log, Axle, Dumbbell, Sandbag clean & press and deadlifts, and carrying, pushing movements: Yoke, Farmers carries, Sandbags, Sled Push/Pull and more. Using several major muscle group at the same time with heavy weight load, low rep ranges and high sets, Definitely one of the most fun and effective ways to get your strength gains and fitness up!
