WE ALSO SUPPLY....cleats for cadence if you don’t have your own personal pair and resistance bands are available on request at the front desk.
Classes are only included in the Open Gym & Class Pack membership, but you are welcome to use the studios when they are not in use for classes for your own personal workouts.

Our peak times are generally between 18:00-20:00; this can vary depending on the day. There is a vast amount of equipment and space that can be utilised at all times so peak times aren’t typically an issue.

Yes, you can freeze for up to 3 months for free.
You can start the cancellation process by sending an email to our membership’s team at membership@ufit-fitness.com. DO NOT CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT; IT MAY AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE. *Note* Freezing your membership for free is an option!
