Always wanted to try CrossFit, but never known where to start? The Fundamentals course is the precursor to our CrossFit Container classes. Take the first step with us – we’ll teach you everything from Olympic weightlifting to gymnastics. We’ll concentrate on the mechanics of each movement under light loads, to ensure you can move safely and efficiently.
Our fundamentals courses will run the first two consecutive Saturday's of every month (you will need to attend one course - 2 consecutive Saturday sessions). Upon completion you will then be able to take part in our CrossFit Container classes.
Your first month of CrossFit Container membership is included in the cost of the fundamentals course.
Upon purchase, please speak to a member of our reception staff who will book you on to our Fundamentals course with proof of purchase.
