Each plan is tailored specifically for you, using the information you provide us with to calculate your daily calorie/macro intake. The menu is then formulated from your likes/dislikes and obviously avoiding any allergies which it is important you outline on the questionnaire as well as your ultimate goal. Our menu works on a 3 week rotation so your constantly eating something new and fresh daily, as well as changing seasonally to maximise the use of the freshest available ingredients.
