MJ Fitness - Glute Bands
Light (Cyan)- This band is for beginners that are new to training, would definitely recommend for glute activation exercises.
Medium (Pink)- This band is not as stretchy as the light band, they provide a higher level of tension. If you’re a advanced user recommend this for glute activation. This band is great for everyone but if you need that extra push go for Heavy.
Heavy (Black) – These are our heaviest bands. Mainly used for hip thrusts & Squats it would be very hard to do activation exercises with these bands unless you’re an advanced gym goer.
